Due to mismanagement by the owner, this property has been a problem in the community for nearly a decade, and has stood abandoned and neglected for over two years now. It was vacated due to a virulent bedbug infestation, and since then it has been vandalized and repeatedly broken into, most recently last week. Neighbors have since observed sqautters inside, and the police have not responded to their calls. This is a public safety issue, and the City must hold the owner of this property responsible for securing and maintaing this building, as well as rectifying the blight he introduced and continues to maintain in this neighborhood.

The Property Maintenance Code Enforcement Officer has issued a notice of violation.

The Property Maintenance Code Enforcement Inspector has indicated in the case file, that the reported issue(s) has/have been corrected to meet code regulations. Thank you for your patience in this matter.
