Description
After seeing that someone has not been picking up after their dog in the Arts area, today this woman allowed her dog to poop in a high-trafficked public area and then walked away. She was offered a bag to clean up, but refused to do so. Is there a remedy for this?

Nice Picture- I will make sure to say something if I see this person as I pass thru there every day.
Way to stick it to people who feel they are above the law and themselves. ; ]
Would you like it if someone pooped on your front door step?
Don't own a dog if you won't care for it.

Brian Pfeiffer, are they tiny enough for you to pick up by hand and get rid of? Poop is poop, and other dogs and people will step in it. Have you ever stepped in dog poop and thought, "Oh, it's just a tiny one, I won't bother cleaning off my shoes before going in the house."
People with small dogs are the worst offenders of this, precisely because they think like Brian above.
Take her pic and put it up all over the place. I did that in my neighborhood, and it worked WONDERS.
