Hi Jen,
Thanks so much for sending in this report. I'm glad to see that Twitter is helping us connect with issues like this. I noticed two things about your report: 1) It's not located properly on the map. Currently the marker is on Main Street. 2) If you attach the picture you took, it'll help Parks & Rec/DPW assess the problem more quickly.
