The Code Officer checked into this and their was a small oil leak coming from the truck, with no oil running down the street. The car's owners was aware of the leak and is workig to get it fixed. In the meantime, the owner is put material under the the truck to catch any oil that may be leaking. With that, this issue is now closing.
