Okay, so this is getting ridiculous. I walked by this spot again today and was glad not to see the truck there any longer, but right then the driver pulled in and parked in the bike lane again at the exact same spot, exited the car, and went into his house. I took a couple pictures and looked up his website www.greengallerylandscaping.com. Looks like this address is his home and he just leaves the truck in the bike lane at night like it's a parking spot. There were even 4 other curbside spots on the same block that would've accommodated this size vehicle, so the only excuse is sheer laziness.
