I am curious as to where you think these people should go. I understand the difficulty, the health hazards, the eyesore..... but seriously, where would you suggest people with no money, no job, perhaps a mental illness; what do you suggest they do?

I guess I feel that when people "report" something, they should willing to be a part of the solution to a problem that is INDEED a huge problem.

I'm certain they are not living outdoors as a choice. These are desperate people. They deserve our compassion.
