this rental property has a few different apartments and several tenants, several dogs, of which during the winter they take them out front and let them poop and pee in the sidewalk area and dont clean it up. they also have a hard time keeping the sidewalk clear of snow and ice. sometimes there is only a foot trail with an inch of water or iced over, i feel sorry for anyone disabled who hopes to pass this stretch of sidewalk.
