Description

The residents at listed house have recently aquired 2 MORE dogs that they are choosing not to train, but to ignore. There is constant barking from 11pm till daylight EVERY night of the week(the fence is right outside our bedroom window). We have tried to be neighborly and bring this to the owners attention and ask that they bring the dogs in at night, but haved been ignored thus far. It has recently escalated because now it wakes my newborn daughter up, no sleep and a crying baby...what a lovely evening to look forward too!
