Two street lights on Bellevue Avenue between the cross streets of Chevy Chase Street and Mt. Vernon Street are not functioning. Having two consecutive street lights out creates a very dark area at night. Please repair. Thank you.

That phone number that was given for Dominion only gives information on property on one's Dominion account. They won't give updates on property that is not owned by the caller. So I need another way to contact the department at Dominion that deals directly with the replacement. Do you have another phone number?
Also is that reference number #8878001 a number given out by Dominion or by the City of Richmond?
Thank you.

I still can't get through to Dominion Power on this issue. Maybe you all can get Dominion Power to get out here quickly since I can't seem to reach anyone there that knows anything about this issue. The City of Richmond needs to see this through until the lights are working and can't just pass it off to Dominion or to me. It is not my property.
By the way not having three street lights on at night makes it very dark and unsafe on this part of Bellevue Ave. This issue is not "closed" for me until the lights are working. Thank you.

Here is the link to Dominion and the number for them,
All it would have taken is a search at Dominion.com for this info.

The city reported the outage to Dominion and it is now up to Dominion to get it fixed.

The Work Request number is given to the City by Dominion Va Power, so it is their tracking number. I called Dominion today at the 1-888-667-3000. After the residential spill, you press 1- Outage/ Down wires, and then choose option 2- Emergency/ Down Wires/ Street Lights. After that, the system transfers your to a representative.
Dominion is still currently working on this issue and the representative could not give me a date of completion.
