Description
I have reported that the storm drain at the NW corner of 19th and Massachusetts Ave SE backs up every time it rains. DC responds that the issue has been fixed repeatedly and it has never been dealt with (see case # 13-00055377 from March 2013. Reported solved, but no improvement.)
