Description

These two vacant homes are a popular dumping site during the week as folks unload their refuse on the sidewalks in front of them

and by refuse, I mean bags of trash - not the "normal" chip bag or used napkin.

The addresses are listed in the description. 1415 & 1413 S Chadwick (where it says STREET ADDRESS). And I have witnessed the people from 1425 S Chadwick dumping there - literally leaving their door with a back of trash, walking it down the street, and leaving it in front of these two abandoned homes.
