Description

Vehicle has been parked in the same location for 5 1/2 hours. Well over the posted 2 hour limit. Service request was submitted at 12:30pm today 3/7/2014 (14-00053799). This vehicle consistently parks on this block for long periods of time because no one from Parking Enforcement monitors the 2 hour parking restriction even though service requests are submitted to 311.
