Description

The left turn arrow when turning from Hermitage Rd onto Westbrook Ave only stays green for just less than 3 seconds. It only allows a MAX of 2 cars (maybe) before turning yellow. This is NO MATTER how many cars are waiting to turn left.

This was a longer light 2 weeks ago. Something has changed since then.
