I stopped by and actually caught the owner at home. Most of the time a notice is left at the location. Thanks for the positive feedback.

i drove by today and the trailer is still parked on the front lawn directly opposite the fire hydrant and it is not set back in accordance with the required distance

Trailer moved. Spoke to owner - when trailer is returned will be parked off driveway near fence. I measured this area and it is out of the setback area.
