Beachmont School. Near the Seacoast entrance / exit is a valve on the wall. Air is escaping around the value. Appears this could be a potential security / safety concern. Appears some minor work needs to be done to secure the value so no potential entry or potential harm could be done to the wall. If you put your hand right in front of the valve you can easily feel the air escaping. I noticed this while watching my daughter play in the school park one afternoon.
