THIS IS CLEARLY A WMATA-CONTROLLED SIDEWALK in front of the WMATA bus circle turnaround & bathroom facility. No commercial business. But the WMATA plow & sander ignores it, leaving 2 treacherous sidewalks for walkers leading to/from the Duke Ellington bridge (which is plowed). SHAME ON WMATA
