Frederick County Government officials are more than willing to assist our citizens with their special needs and requests! However, this forum is not effective. It appears that the citizen lives in Frederick County, but needs assistance for his mother in Rockville, Maryland (from Montgomery County Government). You misunderstood his need and sent a request to the wrong county. I hope he was able to find assistance in another way.

In addition, we do not monitor this social media site, and am concerned that we might miss something if you continue to use it for our county. Good afternoon. This request was submitted via Snowcreww.org powered by the SeeClickFix API. Snowcrew.org makes is possible for Seniors and those with Access and Functional needs to request shoveling assistance from their neighbors who have signed up to be Yetis (volunteers) who dig them out.

It looks to me, that Donna who lives in Fredrick, submitted this request for her mother who lives in Rockville. It appears that when she entered the address (14416 Briarwood Terr rockville, MD) a mistake was made and it got plotted in Frederick.

I am going to close this case because it will not show up on our map correctly and needs to be resubmitted. Both Ben and I would be delighted to speak to you about Snowcrew should you have any additional questions. It's also great to know Frederick offers these services to its citizens. Very cool!
