Description
The Do Not Enter sign on the NW corner where Mintwood NW ends at 19th NW has only one remaining bolt. It flaps in the wind and is in danger of falling off. The DNE sign is positioned just behind the Stop Sign on one wsy street Mintwood Pl and faces 19 St.

Further Action-DDOT's standard is to investigate and respond to sign requests within the timeframes as indicated. Call the Mayor's Call Center at 311 if the problem hasn't been resolved by the specified time of completion. Reference your SR # 1309879
