Description

Someone needs to do a quick survey of the boundary for this property that runs parallel to Mount Vernon. Upon inspection through the city's GIS website, it definitely appears that along the southern side of Mount Vernon that abuts 5196 Corners Drive, that there is a wide swath of publicly-owned Right-of-Way. It is approximately 30 to 35 feet. And in it are campaign signs placed illegally in the ROW. The signs need to be removed from the public Right of Way.
