The barrels are stuck in the snow with no TOPS on the containers in front of the house. On a windy day their trash will be all over Hillcrest Ave. That is not acceptable. The law states in the city of Albany that trash containers have to be on the side of the house or in the backyard with LIDS on the containers. So lets enforce the law. That is all the residents of Hillcrest Ave. Want.

This property has been posted per ordinance section 313-51.1, and scheduled for clean up.

I don't know what this 313-51-1 is BUT what I do know that Monday at 4:30 p.m. 49 Hillcrest trash was all over Hillcrest. So how you close a case while the problem still exist.

The property owner has been sited and needs to be in compliance within five calendar days from the date notice was mailed. We will return to the premises to inspect at that time and if trash/debris has not been removed/cleaned we will remove debris and bill the property owner.
