Description
At 5:30 am this morning, Homeless man was seen cleaning out his shopping cart at the Northwest corner of Funston and Calif St across from 190 Funston Ave. Police called; no response. Man left plastic trash bags, bottle, cans and other trash strewn along side walk just behind orange traffic barriers that are right against the curb. Time to pick up after him.
