Yes we could all adopt a spot in Haltom City on the public medians and roadways. But the truth of the matter is we are already paying good money to city staff to maintain those properties. It is a function of the city with the millions of dollars they collect, to maintain what they own.
I don't see them offering to adopt my yard, but if they want to I'll give THEM a sign.
