Description

There is a sunken manhole cover around rough pavement, that causes rough driving for people in both lanes. It's very jarring, and I worry for my car (and others that drive over it).
The manhole is situated where two lanes converge to one. Those in the right lane run over it with their left tires, and those in the left lane run over it with their right tires. Straddling this is risky due to the merging traffic patterns.
I usually see this in the dark, but it looks like the lip of the manhole may be damaged.

Location: On the onramp from Morgan St. (US-44) Eastbound onto I-84 Eastbound, just before entering the interstate, where two lanes on Morgan merge into one.

Thanks a bunch!
