I don't know who in this city is supposed to or is willing to deal with stuff like this, but there is a broken fan in the alley behind 1443 P St. and it is insanely loud. It shakes on and rattles at all hours of the day and night. You literally have to turn your TV up ten notches to be able to hear over this ridiculous fan. We've been trying for two years to get the city or the owners of the fan to fix it. Their response - NONE. Apparently they don't care about locals. One time, we asked the manager of the owning restaurant if she was going to have it fixed, she literally had to yell over said ridiculously-loud fan to tell us that it's not broken and she doesn't care. Mean woman.
