How about repaving both streets in the Briers North Subdivision? They are 30 years old and in poor condition, particularly Brierwood Place. Beauty of a neighborhood (if I say so myself - I live there)- Brierwood Place looks like a street in a 3rd world country. Pitiful! Please consider!
