The homeless man actually is the owner of the home.

The renter living there says the man "Billie" refuses to live in the house. He states that Billy's mental state has deteriorated since the death of his mother. I actually spoke to the renter. I don't know how much is accurate, but a property record check would probably be in order. CVPD says it has made contact with "Billy" numerous times.

I'm curious to know how the matter was addressed. When I came home he had his bags of trash (at least 10-15, plus a shopping cart) in front of Lolita's on telegraph canyon rd. I now know he is not homeless, but may live at the home referenced in the post and that it is not bags of trash to be recycled. It's just trash that he likes to move around in a shopping cart. Please reply to let me know how the matter was addressed and what will be done if he continues to leave all of the bags out.

This morning when I drove to work at 6:45am the man, his trash bags, and the shopping cart he pushes around was in front of Lolita's and 7 Eleven on the sidewalk curb on Telegraph Canyon Rd. There are so many bags of trash bags. It makes the area look terrible.
