Description

The brown toters at 45/47 Clover Place have not been brought to the curb for emptying by NHPW for more than 3 weeks. Not sure if the premises is still occupied but 'someone' is still putting garbage out there and on the ground next to the toters. The believe that the owner of this property is the same owner of 61/63 Truman Street ... a property that had 1 brown and 3 blue toters overflowing with garbage and not brought to the curb for 3 weeks that my neighbors and myself sorted and cleaned up. So I don't expect the residents of 45/47 Clover Place or the property owner to be compliant and get this trash properly contained and to the curb. Since there is nothing obstructing access to these toters from the curb strip, can Public Works be asked to empty the toters and remove the trash or have LCI stop by to see if there are tenants there and instruct them to properly contain the garbage and get it to the curb tonight for tomorrows removal, or cite the owner? If it was the weekend perhaps my neighbors and I would go over there and clean THIS up also, but we work from early til late, and definitely would not chance cleaning this up in the dark. NHPW & LCI .... PLEASE HELP ... TODAY or TOMORROW!!!
