Continued patching is not going to fix this problem. The surface is nothing more than rock mixed with tar. DeKalb County did this simply to correct the terrible dust problem that the old dirt road created. No base under rock, just dirt. I am sure the five residents who just paid 800K+ for their 5 homes in the cul-de-sac deserve a decent road on which to drive. Certain side areas of the road are crumbling. Needs attention! Thanks
