sidewalk in front of 741 washington ave always flooded, people
have to wade thru or walk in street to avoid flooding ,owners will not apply rock salt or sand to heavily iced area. children & adults have fallen&been injured, please advise home owner
of danger to unaware pedestrians. this situation has been going on for years the home owner will not address it
