Description

In my building for the pass 3 weeks the heating been off. I been contacting management and all they keep saying is that there working on it it would turn on only when they turn it on. Then cut of for hours all they way till I'll call and complain and then they come and turn it on again. But it is getting to me now cause all they keep telling me is that they trying to fix it but the problem is that the first 2 weeks it's fine but come on this is gonna be the forth week and this is still happening and my heat is included in the rent unfair to me and my family that we have to sleep really cold at night all the way till 830 am that the office opens and then thru out the day be cold for hours and hours. Please do something that makes them get the job done .
