Description
Richmond City Public Works, knocked out Cable Lines while hastily cleaning up debris on Sidewalk.
The lines hang very low over the street, about 5 ft from the ground.
No Caution Tape, No Warning Sign, just electrical wires pulled from pole by City workers and then they left.

Good thing this is only a Cable line, and not a Live High Voltage line knocked down by CITY DPW.
It would just bounce around in the street waiting for someone to get electrocuted off of it while the City based the buck down the latter.
