4/28/2014 - Thanks so much for your communication with Richmond City Government online - when double checking the comments from Richmond Parks Mgmt Team (20020931884) its noted as of 3/18/2014 that they have no way to intervene in this matter because the bench(s) in question belong to St Johns Church. So St Johns Church would need to attend to the bench(s) in question accordingly.
