Description

E 3rd st between Hanover and Charlotte is just pothole, upon pothole, upon pothole. It is impossible to drive your car on this street without hitting one (or five). I am personally a resident who has no other option than to park there & I worry about the daily toll on my car. I've already had to replace a tire & rim after hitting a pothole here this year. The parking lot to St. Aloysius church & school is adjacent and many parents and church members must drive on this road on a daily basis to reach N. Charlotte st. Now that things have melted, please fix it!
