This is getting out of hand!! This needs to be addressed ASAP! Disgusting! The homeless and their trash are going to create rat problem!

I am not sure it's homeless trash. It looks like some cleaned out an apt or garage and just dumped it there. Is that a CRT monitor on the pile?

Herkins it is homeless trash, certain he's, needles, yes a part of a CRT monitor, lots of other crap. By the way two homeless crackheads are living 4 feet from it now.

Oakland why was this issue closed? Garbage has not been removed.
