Description

The end of the street floods every time it rains because the street used to have more houses and a storm drain is past a fence that was put up after the houses were gone. Even if the water could flow past the fence, weed overgrowth and trash, it couldn't get past the eyesore concrete barrier that was placed there for some unknown purpose. A storm drain needs to be put in at the end of the street and the concrete barrier removed or replaced with something that isn't such an eyesore. This was reported by several people on the street and it was weeded at one point, but is overgrown with weeds and trash again. The flooding isn't as bad as it was, but still should be addressed.
