Description

This morning at 8:15am a cop was chasing people off the even side of the street with tickets. No snow plow had been down our street at that time. People were getting stuck, trying to move into the unplowed street. Now, at 5:30pm of day 2 of the snow emergency, a snow plow has still not been down our street. Not the middle, not the even side, not the odd side . NOT AT ALL!
