That pot hole is now all the way underneath the overpass for Amtrack. Not good.

New Haven DPW - any word on when we can expect to see this patched up? It's gigantic and, as the original poster pointed out, there is little room to avoid it (especially since it is located on a tricky curve on the speedway that is Hemingway Street).

I know there are bad roads and potholes all over the state, but this is a dangerous curve with speeders and it really knocks your tire. It doesn't show up well in the dark. There is also a pothole closer to the railroad tracks too, but not as bad as the two in front of the mailboxes of 40,42, 44 Hemingway St. Eventually that whole side of the road needs to be re-paved as plows and water runoff have made the edges all rocky and friable. Same further down in front of the schoolbus yard where that guy was murdered.
