Description

The front yard of this property is absolutely disgusting. The owners have a huge German Shepherd and they allow it to defecate all over the yard and the never clean up after it. The stench is horrendous and nauseating and the house and yard are an eyesore. That much feces allowed to lie around has got to be a health issue for the neighboring homes and it will attract rats and disease. No one should have to live with such a mess in an urban, civilized neighborhood. Please can the city do something to encourage these people to clean up their from yard? Thank you.
