Today in the afternoon a representative of the health dept showed up and spoke to the owner of the dogs, however, I don't know what happened. I know this because he rang my bell by accident and i directed him to the right apartment. Can you please provide an update. Thanks.

these dogs are currently barking non stop. What am I to do ?? I come home from work to relax. Can't the town order the owner to get them some muzzles ?? Please assist!

On 2/19/2014 2:35pm,I spoke to the dog owner regarding the dogs' barking. A copy of the barking dog law was issued. A court summons was also issued to the dog owner for the harboring of 2 unlicensed dogs. (The Health Department does not have the resources to sit at this address for 24 hrs). Therefore, should the barking continue, the complainant has the option of: 1. Filing his own complaint at the Municipal Court or, 2. the Health Department can issue a summons, based upon the complaint, (date, time, duration of the nuisance) and have the complainant give his testimony in Court. In addition, the tenant should address the alleged complaint with the property owner. William J Pettigrew, PHI

I feel for ya, but dont blame the dogs. Blame the owners for not training the dogs correctly.
