Description

There are cars constantly parking between "No Parking Between Signs" signs where Montrepose Avenue intersects with West Pierpont Ave. The police have been called but ignore the situation. Now with the snow and narrowing of this intersection, things are downright dangerous. The cars park in front of 144 West Pierpont. There used to just be one or two cars of tenants there. Now we are up to 3 or 4. They come and go, like there's something being trafficked there. The landlady doesn't care what goes on there.
