Description
Tilton Street has not been plowed at all since Thursday. It has become extremely unsafe to drive on the street because of this. I'm extremely worried about being able to get to work tomorrow in these conditions and about getting into a car accident simply by trying to get into and out of a parking spot.

You're right and I sympathize with you. As a resident of Mansfield Street, I'm a little luckier than you because we've been plowed. But we have no room to maneuver. There are few convenient places to park among the ice-hardened snow piles. And then the city says it wants us to NOT park on the even sides of the street, when in fact there's nowhere else to park. It is a lose-lose proposition. The city wants to and needs to plow the snow close to the curb. But we have no place to put our cars while the city does that. So my car is currently in the York Street garage. God knows when I'll be able to bring it back home.
But your situation is worse because you had no plowing to begin with. And you have to go to work tomorrow morning -- President's Day. Of course, there is no easy solution because plowing would just surround your car with hard-if-not-impossible snow to shovel. Maybe you should think about the York Square garage too. It's only a 20 minute walk from the garage to your home. It's not ideal, but it's workable. It costs about $17 for 24 hours.
