On 2/14/2014 My neighbor at 180 Elm St. placed a trash can ( which I know is illegal ) to "reserve" ( as per his words) a parking space for his car.He has a a driveway, that he chooses to not use. I was cleaning the snow around my house with the help of my minor daughter and he came to harassed us verbally. I called the police and they advised me to move the trash can if I needed. But, tonight it is snowing, and I do not have a place to put the snow that accumulates around the house and no one else can use the parking space, because he has his trash can blocking the space.
