Description
There's a vacant lot on the north side of Chapel between Ellsworth and Norton, and the city owns it. The litter is getting worse and worse. There's a blue tarp at the back covering up who knows what, and now there's a tire. Plus the gates won't latch closed, so they're always swinging open and blocking the sidewalk.

The correct address is 1589 Chapel St. The city needs to clean this up. The city was successfully sued by former tenants of the former building [on this site], for lead poisoning.

The litter and debris have been removed from the lot. The gates still don't close, but I'll take what I can get.
