these potholes are a reflection how the rest of this city council runs this city,and what are taxes for?

I think that you are entitled to sue the City of Prince Albert, particularly if they were aware of the section of damaged road, but neglected to deal with it in a timely manner. Either way, you're point is taken, and I agree that the roads are in awful shape. The winter argument is plausible, but most of Canada has to deal with winter, so the best solution might be to figure out how the other cities deal with road maintenance, and then get to work.

Why don't you go out and fix the roads? I am sure if you had one day in the life of a City Worker, you would see how hard they do work!
