Description
In front of apartment 626 N. Kingsley, the property contains a very deep hole casually covered by a rotting piece of plywood.
This hole has been present for many MANY months and it is unsafe for the residents who rent from this property owner.
I was unable to find the property owner however here is the Assessor's ID No. 5521-007-033 for that parcel of land.
The property building's wall above this hole has also been tagged with graffiti.

Walked by this area yesterday. There is a child's bike stored ON TOP OF the unsecured plywood which is above this hole. The area is filling with trash.
Property owner needs to be informed!!!!

Walked by this area today. There seems to be some movement on the part of the property owner or someone else. Wood has been moved, and some dirt has been placed in the hole. Area is still full of trash and broken furniture.

This hole has been filled. It's still an area filled with trash, but I expect nothing less from the slumlords who own this neighborhood.
