The problem is there is someone setting off illegal fireworks at least once a month at 1,2,3 AM also violating the noise statute. Not to mention just being an all around @#$% bag- being totally disrespectful to everyone. What do you mean whats the problem are you 10 years old?

News flash, but air exploding fireworks were made legal in Michigan back in 2012. The problem is the culprits are violating a noise ordnance. Your only legal recourse is to call the local police. Name calling online isn't going to solve your issue.

The problem is aside from calling the cops are reporting a noise complaint, @#$% on this website isn't going to accomplish anything.

All common fireworks including those that leave the ground are legal in Michigan- the law changed in 2012. If the problem is a noise ordinance violation, that's between you and the local police, not this website.
