Description

Water leak near 7 liebel st fixed twice is now leaking again. Water was coming from middle of street. Since 2d repair, water coming near curb flooding 1/5 of street and running around corner. About 6 inch thick ice patch, 4 feet wide and over 40 lang exists now where there was only a little trickle of water leak before repairs.
