This is still happening regularly.

Sidewalk blocked this morning at 8am.

This home's "guests" also often park overnight in the street, and today they have a vehicle parked blocking the driveway to the home next door.

Now, instead of parking blocking the sidewalk the people living in the home are parking in the vacant red tagged home next door...
