It is amazing that once one travels across the Richmond City too Henrico County line, one does not find garbage, or trash in the roadways along the same stretch of road.. And Richmond City has more employees.... Perhaps it is a lack of care or poor quality of City Managers of Richmond.

Does this mean the couches are actually gone? It seems like there's some discrepancy between "We know the couches are there-the issue is closed" and the couches actually being removed and taken away.
Atleast a few of the lights on this portion of the road have been fixed. It is very difficult to maneuver around all the bomb craters, couches, diapers, trash can lids, mattresses, logs, and garbage let alone to have to do this with all the street lights out.
Agreed.
Well by 2:30 pm today the couch and bed mattress was gone, but given a look at the other tree debris-left on the road from the little rai storm today, I gather that the rain washed it down in to the James River.
The Television Box, the diapers, and a plethora of garbage is abundant on this road.
