Description
Speed Limit signs are needed. Pipe SPring is a very popular street to SPEED on because it's long straight direction toward Amole Mesa. Teenagers speed over 40 MPH towards Amole Mesa to get to Atrisco Heritage Academy. There are small children in my neighborhood and speedsters are a danger! There are no speed limit signs at all in the Sierra Ranch II Community of new homes. PipeStone/PipeSpring/Four Mile Rd/StormTower/Corona Ranch and Foster Ranch need speeding indicator signs.

I agree with you on speed limits signs & speed tables in our neighborhood. There are several traffic studies active in ABQ. Please do not pour a speed bump onto the road yourself.

Planning dept. of CABQ has a 2040 long-range roadway map & traffic scoping forms. Please put in one of these forms for your immediate intersections (I put in 3 for my commute), and please encourage your neighbors to do so also. (The theory is the squeaky wheel gets the speed bumps!)
